The 7 frying tips

When you fry meat in a pan, remember to:

1. Season the meat
2. Use a quality pan with approx. 6 mm bottom thickness
3. Heat the fat properly
4. Put a sufficient quantity of meat in the pan at a time
5. Brown the meat on both sides at the correct heat
6. Reduce to a medium heat and finish frying the meat
7. Test to check the meat is done
