SCANPAN's latest addition to the Maitre D' universe is a new series in cast iron.

The miniatures are beautiful for serving - the dark, rough surface gives the table a raw look. At the same time, the cast iron stays hot for a long time, keeping your food nice and warm. You can of course use the cast iron items for cooking, bake for instance decorative portion size bread.

You can fry at high heat with cast iron, which makes the frying pan especially suitable for frying steaks.

All our cast iron items are oil burnt with soy bean oil.

Clean with hot water (do not put in the dishwasher). Dry thoroughly and season with vegetable oil.
